- Repair guarantee –If our repair fails within the first two years we come back and repair it again, for FREE.
- “No Lemon” guarantee – If your A/C or heat pump compressor fails in the first FIVE years, we don’t just replace it. We install a completely new outdoor unit, with a fresh guarantee. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails within TEN years, we install a completely new furnace with a fresh guarantee, for FREE.
- System Performance guarantee –We guarantee a temperature variance of no more than plus or minus 3 degrees of the design specifications. If that level of performance is not achieved, we will make any modifications, repairs, or even replace the entire system, at no charge.
