As a rule, I don't do many if any online ratings and reviews, but I am making an exception today. I am retired military and a new One Hour customer and part of their vet program, which is pro-American and pro-veteran. Today Mr. Steve Galloway from One Hour made a follow-up service call to repair our heater. I won’t go into the gory details of the repair; it was a major repair. Here is what I want to say. When Webster’s Dictionary defines “professionalism”, “dedication” “commitment to excellence” and “determination”. Steve is the perfect definition and poster child for these qualities. He fought (two days in row) through the worst winter ice/snow storm we’ve had in Georgetown, SC over the last 30 years to ensure my family was warm and taken care of for a very low/fair/reasonable price. Steve has a fire in his belly for fixing heating/air systems and taking care of people. My family and I think he’s better than a rock star on human growth hormone. One Hour, Carlos, and Steve Rock!
I am very pleased and impressed with this company. In an age of customer "no service," they are the exception to the rule. They arrive when they say they will, are respectful of the surroundings, very polite and courteous, and they know their business. Today, Antonio came to service our unit. He was on time, very polite, wasted no time in doing what he was there to do, and he even cleaned out my dryer vent and changed the batteries on our smoke detectors. Antonio explained everything he did. He was great!!! I highly recommend this company.
Ray, the technician we had service our air conditioning units, is exceptional. He is personable, thoughtful, and well prepared to handle the full range of work that needs to be done. He graciously took the time to answer all of our questions and asked, before leaving, if there was anything else he could do for us. He never gave us the feeling that he had to rush to his next appointment and that we were holding him up. Thank you, One Hour, for hiring such conscientious and exceptional employees! Bonny and Helen
One Hour service is great. Always on time, knowledgeable techs,polite,neat in appearance. John M. was our tech on Tues, Dec.26. He diagnosed our problem with our unit really quickly when we explained what was happening. He replaced the part & we were all set. Great job, keep up the good service & work. Thanks so much. One Hour is super. They are always on time or early and they call to let you know they are on their way. We have their maintenance plan after they replaced our HVAC system 2 years ago. Veterans receive their maintenance plan free for life. WOW! How many other companies do this? They checked out our system yesterday, changed out our filter and left another clean one, and vacuumed out the dryer vent. I highly recommend this company. Thanks One Hour.
